Leading the roster for the 2010 T-Mobile Rookie Challenge and Youth Jam are Chicago Bulls guard and reigning T-Mobile Rookie of the Year Derrick Rose and Sacramento Kings guard and rookie leading scorer Tyreke Evans.

The participants in the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge and Youth Jam were selected by the NBA’s assistant coaches, with each team submitting one ballot.
